A recently released update for SmarterU (August 16th 2025) caused unexpected behavior in Online courses. Some learners experienced an issue where quiz content did not display, resulting in them being presented with the "Complete Course" button but unable to submit the quiz or complete the course. In these cases, the course progress percentage displayed as 100% (while the course status correctly stated "In Progress").
The related update was reverted at 12:30 PM Central today (August 18th 2025), which resolved the issue. Course progress percentage may continue to display as 100% for affected enrollments until the learner resumes or completes the course associated with their enrollment.
No course or quiz progress has been lost. Affected learners can return to their course, resume the quiz, and complete it as expected.
