Identified - The file manager within the WYSIWYG editor used for uploading images to Online course types and email templates is not operating consistently, and you may encounter an issue uploading images.

Identified - We have identified an issue within the Online course quiz. The PDF type question will fail to load the attached PDF document when previewed by an admin, and when presented to a learner in the quiz. The page will display as blank.
